Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 8, 2007 "About streamlining of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 6, Art. 428; 2008, No. 6, Art. 448; 2010, No. 7, Art. 568; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2017, No. 1428) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 4:

- from part 1 figure and the sign "1". exclude;

- exclude part 2.

2. In Article 5:

- to add part 2 after the words "Provision about" with words of "local constants";

- add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The standard regulations on the local permanent commissions affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

3. Add with Article 5 (1) the following content:

"Article 5 (1). Public commissions

1. In the ministries, departments, the companies, organizations and the organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form in which at least 30 workers work the public commissions are created.

2. Activities of the public commissions are performed according to this Law and provision approved by heads of the ministries, departments, companies, organizations and organizations.

3. The standard regulations on the public commissions affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
