About approval of the Regulations on procedure for execution of the certificate of calculations
In pursuance of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 24, 1996 and of January 31, 2002 N UP-3022 "About Measures for Further Liberalization and Development of the Insurance Market" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Customs Committee decide N UP-1363 "About Measures for Strengthening of Payment Discipline and System of Settlement":
1. Approve "Regulations on procedure for execution of the certificate of calculations" (in the new edition) according to appendix.
2. Enact this resolution after 10 days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. With enforcement of this resolution to declare invalid "Procedure for execution of the reference on calculations" (рег. N 696 of 6.04.1999).
