Bring in the Procedure for determination of extent of localization of production by the companies of domestic engineering industry for agro-industrial complex of the domestic machinery and equipment for agro-industrial complex approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2013 No. 369 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 40, Art. 1427; 2017, No. 25, the Art. 723), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3:
The paragraph the fourth after words" (further - imported components)" to add 1) with words ", for production of the machinery and equipment";

"IS - the cost of the imported components acquired separately and/or as a part of goods by the company of domestic engineering industry for agro-industrial complex for production of the machinery and equipment at the supplier who is resident of Ukraine, excluding tax on value added, hryvnias.";
