About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2012 "About some questions of the address with consumer wastes" figures "8443 32 930", "8443 39 310", "8470 10 000" and "8516 31 000 0" to replace No. 313 respectively with figures "8443 32 930 0", "8443 39 310 0", "8470 10 000 0" and "8516 31 000";
1.2. the list of processing equipment, component parts and (or) spare parts to it exempted from taxation by import customs duties and the value added tax, collectable customs authorities when importing to the territory of the Republic of Belarus by residents of the Park of high technologies, No. 392 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2012 "About single questions of the taxation of residents of the Park of high technologies" to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
1.3. in appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 26, 2015 "About collection of the value added tax of" figure "2710 12 110 0" to replace No. 99 with figures "2710 12 110".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
