About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine
1. Make the following changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:
1) in Item 7 of the Regulations on Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of architecture approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 31, 1996 No. 1017 "Questions of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of architecture" (in edition of the Decree of March 20, 2002 No. 271):
a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"7. Under Committee the permanent body - the Secretariat in number of six people is formed. The secretariat is headed by the vice-chairman of Committee";
b) the first offer of paragraph two to exclude;
2) in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 17, 1998 No. 1258 "About creation of National service of mediation and conciliation" (with the changes made by Decrees of December 30, 2000 No. 1393, of March 30, 2006 No. 272 and of April 11, 2007 No. 291):
a) add the Decree with Article 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Establish the extreme number of employees of National service of mediation and conciliation in number of 182 established posts, including central office - 31 established posts, its departments of-151 established posts";
b) in the Regulations on National service of mediation and conciliation approved by this Decree:
in the subitem 17 of item 4 of the word "the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Administration of the President of Ukraine";
in paragraph six of Item 7 of the word "public authorities" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies";
the paragraph one of Item 8 to state in the following edition:
"8. The salary fund of workers of NSPP affirms in accordance with the established procedure";
3) in Regulations on the Committee on the State awards of Ukraine in science and technology approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 14, 2000 No. 800 "Questions of Committee on the State awards of Ukraine in science and technology":
