About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out qualification certification of applicants for the right of receipt of the certificate of competency of the professional participant of the security market" of September 1, 2011 No. 526 the following change:

in Regulations on the carrying out qualification certification of applicants for the right of receipt of the certificate of competency of the professional participant of the security market approved by the above-stated resolution:
