About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures for counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors" of October 20, 2011 No. 654

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of measures for control of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures for counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors" of October 20, 2011 No. 654 the following changes:

- to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:

"-the chairman of Committee is the vice-Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

- in Item 5 of the word "department of safety, law and order and defense capability of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic";

in Regulations on the State coordinating committee on control of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. The executive body of Committee ensuring its functioning including questions of the organization and holding meetings, is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the KR).";

- the second offer of Item 9 to state in the following edition:
