In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 9, Article 788; 2013, No. 7, Article 776; 2014, No. 7, Article 778, No. 12, Article 1523; 2016, No. 2, Article 18, No. 3, Article 414; 2017, No. 2, Article 149) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 4-1 of the following content:
"Article 4-1. Calculations
Payments by calculations, the established this Law, are performed only in non-cash form.".
2. Under Article 11:
2.1. in Article 11.1 of the word "cash" to replace with the word "only";
2.2. Exclude Article 11.3.
