in Regulations on Council of national investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Plenary sessions of Council are held at the initiative of the chairman of the board.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
