1. Bring in Regulations on tender on the substitution of vacant position of the public civil service of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2005 No. 112 "About tender on substitution of vacant position of the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 6, Art. 439; 2011, No. 4, Art. 578; 2013, No. 12, Art. 1242; 2014, No. 12, Art. 1263; 2016, No. 52, Art. 7604), following changes:

a) Item 6 after the words "on the Internet to add with words " (further-Internet network)";

b) to state the subitem "b" of Item 7 in the following edition:

"b) the completed and signed questionnaire in the form approved by the Government of the Russian Federation with the photo;";

c) to state paragraph two of Item 8 in the following edition:

"The civil servant who showed willingness to participate in the competition held in other state body submits in this state body the application addressed to the representative of the employer and filled, signed by it and certified by personnel service of state body in which it replaces position of civil service, the questionnaire in the form approved by the Government of the Russian Federation with the photo.";

d) add with Item 8.1 of the following content:

"8.1. The documents specified in Items 7 and 8 of this provision within 21 calendar days from the date of placement of the announcement of their acceptance on the official site of the state information system in the field of public service in Internet network are represented to state body by the citizen (civil servant) personally, by means of the direction by mail or in electronic form with use of the specified information system.

The procedure for submission of documents in electronic form is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
