Article 1.
Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following changes:
1) in Article 5:

c) in part 6 of the word "about crimes in the field of economic activity (part two of article 213 of the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic)" to exclude;
d) recognize parts 7 and 8 invalid;
e) in part 9 of the word "body of the Kyrgyz Republic for control of drugs," and ", customs authorities" to exclude;
e) in part 10 of the word of "financial police" shall be replaced with words "on fight against economic crimes";
