Bring in the Procedure of dimensional and weight control and collection of fare by highways public of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms which weight and/or dimensional parameters exceed normative, No. 879 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 27, 2007 "About measures for preserving highways public" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 48, Art. 1978; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1316; 2010, No. 68, Art. 2452; 2013, No. 42, Art. 1499, No. 76, Art. 2824; 2016, No. 16, Art. 636; 2017, No. 27, the Art. 778), changes which are applied.

1. To exclude the subitem 10 of Item 2.
2. In item 4:
after the word "is provided" to add with the words "Ukrtransbezopasnostyyu, Its Territorial Authorities";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"Owners (asset holders) of Items of dimensional and weight control perform financing of works (services) in their content, servicing and ensuring functioning.".
3. Exclude Item 5.
4. In the first offer of Item 11 the word "Mode" shall be replaced with words "The place and the mode".
