About modification of the Procedure for realization on the stock exchange of securities on which collection is turned
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Make to the section II of the Procedure for realization on the stock exchange of securities on which collection, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 25, 2012 1853, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 at No. 159/22691, the following changes is turned:
in paragraph three of Item 2.3 of the word of "the keeper of securities" shall be replaced with words "depository institution";
in Item 2.9 of the word of "the keeper chosen by it" shall be replaced with words "the depository institution elected by it";
in the paragraph the second Item 2.13 the word of "agreements" to replace with the word of "contracts".
2. And clerical works to provide to department of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
3. To provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. To department of regulation of activities of dealers in securities and stock exchanges (Ustenko I. I.) provide:
submission of this decision on conducting examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
