in Rules of certification of the faces applying for assignment of qualification of the statutory auditor, approved by the specified normative resolution:

"45. For interviewing candidates represent to working body of the National commission purposely or mail the following documents:
1) the statement with indication of category (area) for which the candidate in form according to appendix 1 to these rules applies;
2) copy of the identity certificate;
3) the copy of the document confirming availability of the higher education;
