Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure for application of the construction regulations developed on the basis of national technological traditions, and construction regulations harmonized with regulating documents of the European Union approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2011 No. 547 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 40, of the Art. 1641), having replaced words and figures "which belong to I, II, III and IV categories of complexity" words and figures "which on class of effects (responsibility) treat objects with insignificant (CC 1) and averages (CC 2) effects".
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2011 No. 557 "About approval of the Procedure for reference of construction objects to IV and V categories of complexity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 41, the Art. 1671);
Item of 2 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the field of town-planning activities, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 No. 778 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 79, the Art. 2644).
