About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2009 No. 461

Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2009 No. 461 "Questions of provision to foreign citizens and stateless persons of the status of the refugee, additional and temporary protection in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 96, 5/29595; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.07. 2014, 5/39125) following amendments and changes:
1.1. the name and preamble after the word "additional" to add with words "protection, shelters";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine that:
1.1. except for the foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - foreigners) specified in part two of this Item the one-time monetary assistance in the amount of one basic size is provided to the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship petitioning for provision of the status of the refugee, additional protection or shelter in the Republic of Belarus (further - the foreigners petitioning for protection) and the additional monetary assistance can be provided on:
payment of journey to management on nationality and migration of Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk Gorispolkom or the Department of Internal Affairs of regional executive committee, determined by Department by nationality and migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to distribution quotas of registration of petitions for provision of the status of the refugee, additional protection or shelter in the Republic of Belarus, - in the amount of, not exceeding fare to destination on rate of hard-seated couchette car of the passenger train;
