I. General provisions

Subject of regulation of Administrative regulations

1. The administrative regulations of Federal Highway Agency of provision of the state service in accreditation of legal entities as divisions of transport safety in the sphere of road economy, road transport and urban land electric transportation (further - Administrative regulations) determine terms and the sequence of accomplishment of ministerial procedures (actions) of Federal Highway Agency, the requirement to procedure for their accomplishment, order of interaction with legal entities by provision of the state service in accreditation of legal entities as divisions of transport safety in the sphere of road economy, road transport and urban land electric transportation (further - the state service).

The state service is provided to the legal entities who addressed to Rosavtodor (further - the applicant) with the statement for receipt (renewal, prolongation of effective period) of the certificate on accreditation of the legal entity as division of transport safety in the sphere of road economy, road transport and urban land electric transportation (further - the statement).

3. The applicant can act through the authorized representative.
