About approval of the list of check points through customs border of Ukraine through which movement of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors is allowed

According to part two of Article 195 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of check points through customs border of Ukraine through which movement of drugs is allowed of psychotropic substances and precursors it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

For automobile communication:

on border with the Republic of Poland: Yagodin, Shegini;

on border with the Slovak Republic: Uzhhorod;

on border with the Hungarian Republic: PSF;

on border with Romania: Porubne;

on border with the Republic of Moldova: Mogilev-Podolsk, Kuchurgan, Rennie, Starokozache;

on border with the Republic of Belarus: Domanov, New Yarilovichi;

on border with the Russian Federation: Bachivsk, Goptivka, Dovzhansky.

For railway service:

on border with the Republic of Poland: Yagodin, Mostiska-II;

on border with the Slovak Republic: Pavlovo, PSF;

on border with the Hungarian Republic: PSF, Solovka;

on border with Romania: Vadul-Siret;

on border with the Republic of Moldova: Mogilev-Podolsk, Kuchurgan, Rennie;

on border with the Republic of Belarus: Zabolotye, Gornostayevk;

on border with the Russian Federation: Kvashino, Poplar, Grain, Red Grave.
