About compensation of employees of archival organizations

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 "About compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" I order to No. 1037:

1. The note 1 to Application 1 to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 15, 2011 No. 3327/5 "About payment terms of work of employees of archival organizations on the basis of the Single scale of charges", registrated in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2011 at No. 1305/20043 after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Official pay rates (the tariff charges, wage rates) since January 1, 2017 are calculated proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade established in the amount of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons for January 01 of calendar year.".

2. To provide to heads of archival organizations:

establishment since January 1, 2017 in the staff list of the new sizes of official pay rates (the tariff charges, wage rates) determined proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade of the Single scale of charges established in the amount of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons for January 01 of year;

differentiation of the salary of the workers receiving the salary at the level of minimum within the salary fund, by establishment of surcharges, allowances, awards taking into account complexity, responsibility and conditions of the performed work, qualification of the worker, results of its work.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since January 01, 2017.
