About prolongation of effective period of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of cocoa products

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Extend the validity of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) established by the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of February 24, 2016 №19, concerning cocoa paste not fat-free and cocoa butters, cocoa fats classified by codes 1803 10 000 0 and 1804 00 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value till December 31, 2019 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 1803 10 000 0 and 1804 00 000 0 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "4C)" to replace with the reference "49C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 49C of the following content: "49C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2018 till 31.12.2019 inclusive.".
