According to Item 1 of article 24 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of his deputies", article 7 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the subitem 2) of Article 10 and article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of bringing of the oath as government employees, deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
