About measures for further enhancement of activities of bodies of the State Tax Administration

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 18, 2017 No. UP-5116 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Tax Administration, Increase in Collecting of Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments":

1. Approve:

organizational structure of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

structure of central office of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;

standard structures of the State Tax Administrations of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent, and also the state tax authorities of areas (cities) according to appendices No. 3 - 4;

the extreme number of managerial personnel of territorial authorities of the State Tax Service according to appendix No. 5.

2. Establish the extreme number of managerial personnel of bodies of the State Tax Service in number of 11 903 units, including central office - 257 units from which 11 828 - are financed by means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 75 - Special fund of financial support, social protection, development of tax authorities and contingencies of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Special fund).

Grant to the chairman of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan the right:

make, if necessary, changes to the approved structures of bodies of the State Tax Service;

enter additional established posts of bodies of the State Tax Service at the expense of means of Special fund.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve in a month:

Regulations on the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Regulations on service in bodies of the State Tax Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

The program of measures for strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies of the State Tax Service, having provided specific sources of financing of actions, including due to increase in the amount of contributions to Special fund.

4. To the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of Finance in two weeks to make changes to expense budget and the staff list of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 6.

6. To the State Tax Committee together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other interested ministries and departments in a month:

make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution;

provide reduction of departmental regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N. and counselors of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Golyshev V. A. and Murodova O. B.
