About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of Public service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 23, 2017 "About measures for radical enhancement of activities of divisions of fire safety of law-enforcement bodies" and for the purpose of establishment of qualitatively new procedure for the organization of work of divisions of Public service of fire safety, reliable ensuring fire safety, increase in overall performance on prevention and timely suppression of the fires the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2992:
1. Approve:
Regulations on Public service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on Head department of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
provide unconditional accomplishment of the tasks and functions provided by the above-stated Provisions;
in two-month time to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Azizov.
