About approval of Regulations of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve Regulations of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Regulations) according to appendix.
2. To provide to heads of structural divisions of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

the fifth - acceptance of effective measures on further strengthening of personal performing discipline in the headed structural divisions, to increase in the personal responsibility of workers for timely and high-quality preparation of the draft documents and questions submitted for consideration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To administration of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to review Rules on work with documents in the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other acts of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to requirements of Regulations in a month.
4. To provide to heads of state governing bodies, public authorities on places unconditional observance of requirements of Regulations, having paid special attention on strict accomplishment of the adopted laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders, data during the performances and meetings, including in case of visit by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of regions.

1. These Regulations, according to Regulations on the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, determine procedure for the organization of activities of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its structural divisions.

Operation of the Device will be organized according to Regulations on its structural divisions, plans of their work, rules on work with the documents in the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at providing strict fulfillment of requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions, orders and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

drafts of separate decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Cabinet of Ministers) - for review;
offers on candidates for appointment, approval, representation, coordination to positions and releases from the positions entering the nomenclature of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Device;
ideas of rewarding with the state awards, assignment of the highest military and special ranks, their deprivation, and also award of the State awards of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
addresses concerning nationality of the Republic of Uzbekistan and provision of political asylum;
addresses about pardon of persons condemned by courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
offers on departure of separate categories of the officials in official journey to foreign countries requiring special coordination;
appeals of physical persons and legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The drafts of the laws introduced to the Device for review, entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Legislative house) according to the procedure of the legislative initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, are considered according to the procedure, No. ZRU-60 provided for consideration of drafts of decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan taking into account requirements of the Law "About Procedure for Preparation of Drafts of the Laws and Their Entering into Legislative House of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan" of October 11, 2006.
12. Entering of drafts of the laws into Legislative house according to the procedure of the legislative initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed according to the procedure, No. ZRU-60 and "About Regulations of Legislative House of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan" established by the laws "About Procedure for Preparation of Drafts of the Laws and Their Entering into Legislative House of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan" of October 11, 2006 of August 29, 2003 No. 522-II.
