1. Enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of May 6, 2015 "About condition of accomplishment of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and additional measures for ensuring defense capability of the state" (it is applied, confidentially, without Item 2, of subitems 1 - 3, 7, the 10 and 11 Item 3, of items 4 - 6, subitems 3 and 4 of Item 7, of Item 12 - it is unclassified).
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 12, 2014 No. 398 "About Information and analysis center".
3. Control over the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine enacted by this Decree to assign to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
