1. Approve applied:
Regulations on procedure for carrying out calculations for electrical energy.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine of June 5, 1998 N 811 "About establishment of the special mode of calculations for the electrical energy realized to consumers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 23, the Art. 828);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine of May 17, 2000 N 828 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine of June 5, 1998 N 811" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, N 21, the Art. 860).
