Some questions of National council of reforms

1. Make the following changes to Presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 614 "About ensuring implementation of single state policy of reforms in Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of January 19, 2015 No. 22 and of May 13, 2015 No. 267):

a) third Article 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Are part of National council of reforms: The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (in coordination), the Prime Minister of Ukraine and other cabinet ministers of Ukraine who head the ministries, - in coordination with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and also from consent: The chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, heads of deputy fractions which created the coalition of deputy fractions in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, four representatives from public associations";

b) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 23.06.2020 No. 245/2020;

2) in Regulations on the National council of reforms approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 644 "Questions of National council of reforms and Executive committee of reforms" (with the changes made by Decrees of December 22, 2014 No. 947, of January 19, 2015 No. 22, of May 13, 2015 No. 267 and of June 3, 2015 No. 310):

a) in paragraph five of item 4 and paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "Advisory International Board of Reforms" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The international consultative council" in the corresponding case;

b) third Item 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Are part of National council of reforms: The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (in coordination), the Prime Minister of Ukraine and other cabinet ministers of Ukraine who head the ministries, - in coordination with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and also from consent: The chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, heads of deputy fractions which created the coalition of deputy fractions in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, four representatives from public associations";

"7. Organizational form of work of National council of reforms are meetings which are held as required, but at least six times a year, and are convened by the secretary of National council of reforms at the request of the Chairman of National council of reforms";

3) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 23.06.2020 No. 245/2020.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
