Questions of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control

1. Make the following changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 5, 2007 No. 180 "About the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control" (with the changes made by Decrees of August 13, 2014 No. 646, of August 22, 2014 No. 661 and of September 11, 2014 No. 717):

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The commission is formed as a part of the chairman, the vice-chairman, the secretary and other members of the commission.

The commission chairman is appointed by the President of Ukraine on representation of the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

The vice-chairman of the Commission on position is the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine to whose competence according to distribution of powers questions of military and technical cooperation and export control are carried.

b) to state paragraphs of the third and sixth of Item 7 respectively in the following edition:

"Carries out other functions at the request of the President of Ukraine, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine";

2) on partial change of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 646 "Questions of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control" (with the changes made by the Decree of September 11, 2014 No. 717) to approve GLADKOVSKY Oleg Vladimirovich - the first deputy Sekretar of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine - the chairman of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control.

2. Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 11, 2014 as No. 717 "Questions of structure of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control" to recognize invalid.
