1. Liquidate the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of power.

2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1059 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of power".

3. Form the commission on liquidation of the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of power (further - liquidation commission), led by Tarasyuk Valery Vladimirovich.

4. To the chairman of liquidation commission:

1) to approve staff of liquidation commission;

2) to provide implementation in accordance with the established procedure of the actions connected with liquidation of the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of power including the warning of the forthcoming dismissal of the chairman and members of the National commission, employees of central office and territorial authorities of the National commission and also unconditional accomplishment in case of their dismissal of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on public service, about work;

To inform 3) in three-months time on results of the carried-out work.

5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring in two-month time the decisions into accord with this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
