Questions of Administration of the President of Ukraine

According to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Approve the extreme number of employees of Administration of the President of Ukraine in number of 428 established posts.

2. Determine the following structure of Administration of the President of Ukraine:

Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine;

First Deputy Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine;

presidentns deputy chiefs of staff of Ukraine;

Chief of staff of Administration of the President of Ukraine;

advisers to the President of Ukraine;

Press secretary of the President of Ukraine;

representatives of the President of Ukraine;

Office of the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine;

The main department concerning reforms;

The main department on national security issues and defenses;

Main state and legal department;

Main department of legal policy;

The main department concerning activities of law enforcement agencies and anti-corruption;

Main department of regional and personnel policy;

Main control department;

Main department of foreign policy and European integration;

Main department of the State Protocol and ceremonial;

Main department of ensuring access to public information;

The main department concerning humanitarian policy;

The main department concerning domestic policy;

The main department concerning economic policy;

Main department of information policy;

Main department of documentary providing;

Main department of strategic planning and operational providing;

Department of information technologies;

Department of personnel management;

Department of local self-government and decentralization;

Department of the state awards;

3. The scheme of distribution of obligations between the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine, his First deputy and deputies, the chief of staff of Administration of the President of Ukraine, fixing to them of independent structural divisions of Administration of the President of Ukraine is approved by the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine.

4. Bring in the Regulations on Administration of the President of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 2, 2010 No. 504 (with the changes made by Decrees of April 5, 2011 No. 352, of May 5, 2011 No. 548, of June 30, 2011 No. 722, of July 8, 2011 No. 739, of November 29, 2011 No. 1081, of January 16, 2013 No. 23, of December 16, 2013 No. 686, of April 9, 2014 No. 387, of June 10, 2014 No. 522 and of July 3, 2014 No. 558), the following changes:

a) in item 4:

state subitem 11 in the following edition:

e) the paragraph one of Item 12 to state in the following edition:
