About additional measures for improvement of housing conditions of staff of law-enforcement bodies

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of long-term mortgage loans for acquisition, constructions and reconstruction of housing on favorable terms according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to perform provision to employees of non-interest long-term loans for a period of 5 years on returnable basis by extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for payment in them in the established sizes of the initial contributions for acquisition of apartments in available apartment houses within Programs, and also other programs of construction of apartment houses.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on reasonable calculations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

provide opening of credit line, including at the expense of means of the international financial institutions, to the relevant commercial banks for financing of construction on annual basis in addition at least 500 apartments in available apartment houses within Programs according to this resolution;

perform, if necessary, provision of non-interest long-term budget advance for a period of 5 years at the expense of the means which are on the special off-budget account of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the payment by employees of the initial contribution for acquisition of apartments in apartment apartment houses within Programs, and also other programs of construction of apartment houses settled by extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve Regulations on procedure for provision to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of non-interest long-term loans for payment of the initial contributions for acquisition of apartments in available apartment houses and Regulations on procedure for allocation of subsidies to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for repayment of the added percent on mortgage loans in a month.

7. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh.
