About additional measures for effective use of assets of the companies of key branches
For the purpose of effective and target use non-core and idle assets of the companies of key branches of economy the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that NHK "Uzbekneftegaz", JSC Uzbekenergo and JSC Uzkimesanoat together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent is carried out continuous inventory count of availability of the non-core companies, and also not used floor spaces and objects in the companies of key branches and on the basis of it offers on their further effective use are developed.
2. Approve:
the list of objects and shares of the economic societies implemented in private property at the public biddings according to appendix No. 1;
the list of the objects donated to executive bodies on places in operational management as state-owned property and also to other organizations in property for their further effective use, according to appendix No. 2.
At the same time to determine that expenses on operation and content of the objects transferred to executive bodies on places to operational management as state-owned property will be included in account part of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2018.
3. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee, State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" and JSC Uzbekenergo on preservation in accordance with the established procedure of not used fixed assets and objects for a period of 2 years according to the list according to appendix No. 3.
4. Determine that actions for preservation, protection of the preserved fixed assets and objects are provided at the expense of own means of the organizations - asset holders.
Take into consideration that carrying out preservation does not involve decrease in production volumes.
5. NHK "Uzbekneftegaz", JSC Uzbekenergo and JSC Uzkimesanoat:
in ten-day time together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition to approve schedules of evaluating and exposure to the public biddings of objects and shares of the economic societies included in appendix No. 1 to this resolution;
in a month to donate on residual book value the objects specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution, relevant organs of executive power at the local level and other organizations for their further effective use.
6. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and G. I. Ibragimov.
