About Approval of the Regulations on the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 2017 No. UP-4996 "About Formation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Investments" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 4, 2017 No. PP-2868 "About measures for the organization of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for investments" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 10.05.2019 No. 390

2. Permit the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments:

till December 31, 2020 to conduct procurement of materials, the machinery and equipment, office vehicles, office furniture and stock, computer and office equipments, including the software to them, without carrying out the tender and (or) public procurements of goods (works, services) of prime necessity at subjects of entrepreneurship by means of the electronic biddings through special information portal of the Uzbek Republican commodity and raw exchange, on the basis of selection of the best offers, with preference of domestic manufacturers;

attract on the basis of selection of the best offers (without carrying out the tender) the authoritative international consulting companies and the consultants having experience in questions of attraction of foreign investments, investing activities and examination of investment projects and investment contracts;

access to the Single Information Electronic System of Currency Transactions (SIESCT) for implementation of monitoring of execution of import contracts, collection, generalization and the analysis of price information, taking into account confidentiality of information and providing requirements of information security.

3. Determine that holding by state bodies the international investment and economic forums and other international investment and economic actions is performed in coordination with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments.

4. To the ministries and departments in two weeks to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
