Based on the paragraph of third subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of article 51 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, the paragraph of third of part two of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the release of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from administrative punishments and payment of penalty fee approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2015 No. 340, of paragraph two of part three of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2026 No. 163/9 "About export financing" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish form of the certificate of the main economic indicators according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of August 10, 2015 No. 47 "About establishment of form of the certificate of the main economic indicators and recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 74 and structural elements of separate resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.08.2015, 8/30186).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
