About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods compliance with obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union(appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) according to appendix.

2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) to add with notes 24C – 40C of the following content:

"24C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 10% of customs value, but at least 0,05 euros for 1 l, Decisions of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of June 23, 2017 № 42 inclusive is applied till 31.12.2017 from the effective date.
