(13) the Law No. 303 of 13.12.2013 on public service of water supply and the sewerage and according to item 50 d) Methodologies of determination, approval and application of rates for public service of water supply, the sewerage and sewage treatment approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 741 of 18.12.2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 33-38/258 of 13:02. 2015), for the purpose of the reliable and uninterrupted provision of the specified services MT "Apa-Canal" Ungheni operating within the Agreement on financing of the National project of service of the water supply and the sewerage between the Republic of Moldova and Association on the international development ratified by the Law No. 167-XVI of 9:07. 2008, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve the following rates for the public service of supply with drinking water provided to MT of "Apa-Canal" Ungheni:

- for residential customers in the amount of leu/m3 13,40;

- for not residential customers in the amount of leu/m3 22,15.

2. Approve the following rates for the public service of the sewerage and sewage treatment provided to MT of "Apa-Canal" Ungheni:

- for residential customers in the amount of leu/m3 7,07;

- for not residential customers in the amount of leu/m3 16,32.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
