About the amount of payment for issue of licenses for separate types of activity in the Republic of Moldova

"On regulation of monopolies in the Republic of Moldova" the Ministry of Economics and reforms and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova

Decide:

I. Establish the amount of payment for every year of action of licenses for the right of implementation of separate types of activity, in the minimum wages (mzp) operating in the Republic of Moldova at the time of receipt of the license (except for those types of activity on which this resolution provides other amount of payment):

- for physical persons - 20 mzp;

- for legal entities - 50 mzp.

II. The payment for issue of verified copies of licenses and licensed cards on each vehicle when the type of activity on which there is license is performed on several territorially separately located objects, settlements and transport units is established in the amount of 20% of payment for the main license.

III. The above-stated amount of payment is not applied on the licenses granted by primeriya of municipium of Chisinau on activities in the field of public catering and retail trade (see the Section V of the item 3).

IV. To business entities to bring payment for the entire period of action of the license.

V. Establish the amount of payment for every year of action of the license for some types of activity in the following sizes:

1. The activities referred to gaming:

- operation of gaming machines with winnings for each unit - 150 mzp;

- operation of game tables with winnings for each unit - 1500 mzp.

The rates for issue of licenses for operation of gaming machines with winnings and game tables provided by this Item within municipium of Chisinau are applied with coefficient 1.0. In case of implementation of the above-stated types of activity in other settlements the decreasing coefficient 0.65 from the size of the established rates is applied. Payment of licenses for the right of operation of gaming machines with winnings and game tables can be made one-timely or quarterly to the 5th following for reporting.

- the organization and carrying out lotteries - 7% of total cost of the declared lottery tickets for digital and instant lotteries.

Payment of cost of the license is made to the 5th day of every month. In case of prolongation of licenses for the operating lotteries - 7% of the cost of unrealized lottery tickets for the moment of receipt of the license.

Payment of the license for the right of the organization and carrying out lotteries is made step by step in the following procedure:

- 30% of cost - by the time of receipt of the license;

- 30% of cost - by the time of receipt of the corresponding permission of the Ministry of Finance to the beginning of direct distribution of lottery tickets;

- 40% of cost - during the period limited for the terminations or completion of direct sale of lottery tickets and determined depending on issuing volumes of lottery tickets namely:

a) In case of the circulation of lottery tickets to 100 thousand pieces - within 1 month from the moment of receipt of permission of the Ministry of Finance to their direct distribution;

b) In case of the circulation of lottery tickets from 100 to 500 thousand pieces - within 2 months from the moment of receipt of permission of the Ministry of Finance to their direct distribution;

c) In case of the circulation of lottery tickets from 500 thousand to 1 million pieces - within 3 months from the moment of permission of the Ministry of Finance to their direct distribution;
