1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Enbek of correctional facilities of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Enbek-Karaganda of correctional facilities of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Enbek of correctional facilities of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Enbek of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

3. Determine:

1) Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of productive activity in the sphere of criminal executive system and the organization of labor employment of convicts.

4. To committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311):

in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 01.09.2023 No. 758

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
