About requirements to banks which have the right to opening of escrow accounts for agreement settlements of participation in shared-equity construction

According to part 3 of article 15.5 of the Federal law "About Participation in Shared-equity Construction of Apartment Houses and Other Real Estate Objects and about Modification of Some Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that requirements to credit institutions imposed to banks which are granted the right to opening of escrow accounts for agreement settlements of participation in shared-equity construction are the requirements provided by the Rules of investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2011 No. 1121 "About procedure for investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits".

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
