About approval of the Regulations on attraction of guaranteeing household deposits by Fund to the work of employees of banks which liquidation procedure is performed by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, Article parts six 12, to Item 9 parts two of Article 37 and part four of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of RESHILA:

1. Approve Regulations on attraction of guaranteeing household deposits by Fund to the work of employees of banks which liquidation procedure is performed by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits which is applied.

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the director the manager.

Regulations on attraction of guaranteeing household deposits by Fund to the work of employees of banks which liquidation procedure is performed by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1. This Provision regulates organizational matters of attraction of guaranteeing household deposits by Fund (further - Fund) to the work of employees of banks whose liquidation procedure is performed by Fund (further banks).

2. The fund involves in the work employees of banks with the consent of such workers.

3. The fund involves in the work employees of banks within their specialty, qualification or position in bank corresponding to the areas of work of Fund to which such workers are attracted.

4. The managing director Fonda or the deputy director of the manager Fonda authorized by him determines:

feasibility of employees engagement of banks to work of Fund and the area of work in which employees of banks are involved;

the list (list) of employees of the banks involved Fund;

period of time on which employees of banks are involved Fund;

the list of administrative documents of Fund which action extends to employees of the banks involved Fund;

officials of Fund whose obligations and powers include task allocation and obligations between the employees of the banks involved Fund, and coordinating and controlling work of such workers, providing observance of requirements of administrative documents of Fund by them;

order of interaction of officials and structural divisions of Fund in case of the solution of the questions connected with employees engagement of banks to work of Fund.

5. Fund directly or the authorized person of Fund on liquidation of bank (in case of delegation to it powers):

performs the corresponding review of service duties of employees of bank who are involved by Fund in its work;

explains to the employees of banks involved Fund, their right and obligation during the course of performance of work in which they are involved;

acquaints employees of the banks involved Fund under the personal signature with requirements of parts four, the fifth article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" and administrative documents of Fund which action extends to them.
