1. 2. Establish, since 2017/2018 academic years, academic load:

to elementary school teachers of comprehensive schools of-18 hours in week;

to teachers of the senior classes of comprehensive schools - 20 hours a week;

to teachers of averages of special, professional educational institutions - 820 hours a year

3. To make the expenses connected with wages increase according to this Decree at the expense of means of the Government budget of the republic, taking into account change of pedagogical loading.

4. To the ministry of national education, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education, the ministries and departments having the educational institutions and research establishments financed by budgetary funds in the subordination:

together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in coordination with the Ministry of Finance in two weeks to approve the new sizes of the salary of teachers of comprehensive schools, teachers of the academic lyceums and professional colleges, average and higher educational institutions, scientists;

provide from 2002/2003 academic years forming of classes and groups with observance of the existing standard rates of fullness of classes (groups) and timely carrying out tariffing of the salary of teachers and teachers.
