Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form the Interdepartmental commission on questions of promoting of Ukraine in the world in structure according to appendix.

2. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of promoting of Ukraine in the world which are applied.

Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of promoting of Ukraine in the world

1. The interdepartmental commission on questions of promoting of Ukraine in the world (further the Commission) is temporary advisory advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which is formed for the purpose of promoting of Ukraine in the world and promotions of interests of Ukraine in world information space.

2. The commission in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of the Commission are:

assistance to ensuring coordination of actions central and local executive bodies in case of implementation of the Concept of promoting of Ukraine in the world and promotions of interests of Ukraine in world information space;

consideration of the questions connected with forming of positive image of Ukraine in world information space;

providing at the interdepartmental level of the permanent operational and coordinated activities for preparation and distribution in world information space of the true and objective information about Ukraine, its certain regions, and also increase in tourist and investment appeal of Ukraine.

4. The commission according to the tasks assigned to it:

studies results of activities central and local executive bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations for promoting of Ukraine in the world;

carries out monitoring of condition of accomplishment by executive bodies of the tasks assigned to them on promoting of Ukraine in the world;

participates in project development of regulatory legal acts concerning promoting of Ukraine in the world;

submits to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the recommendations developed by results of the work and the offer on promoting of Ukraine in the world;

analyzes condition and results of implementation of the offers and recommendations developed by the Commission.

5. The commission has the right:

receive in accordance with the established procedure from central and local executive bodies, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations information necessary for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it;

recruit in the work representatives central and local executive bodies, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations (in coordination with their heads), the independent experts conducting scientists, specialists of the non-state organizations (in coordination), representatives of the international organizations, People's Deputies of Ukraine (in coordination);

form in case of need for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it constants or temporary work groups;

organize holding of conferences, seminars, meetings and other actions.

6. The commission in case of execution of the tasks assigned to it interacts with state bodies, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations, and also the institutes of civil society performing activities in the sphere of international humanitarian law.

7. The official structure of the Commission affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The chairman, the vice-chairman, the secretary, members of the commission are part of the Commission.

8. The commission is headed by the chairman who on position the Minister of information policy is.

Commission chairman:

will organize work of the Commission, performs management of activities of the Commission, bears the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it;

approves staff of the Commission on representation of heads of the relevant ministries, other central executive bodies, other organizations and the organizations, and also institutes of civil society;

determines the agenda of commission sessions and regulations of its work;

represents the Commission in the relations with public authorities, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations.

Members of the commission participate in its work on a voluntary basis.

9. Form of work of the Commission are meetings which are held in case of need, but at least two times a year.

Commission session is conducted by its chairman, and in case of its absence - the vice-chairman of the Commission.

Preparation of materials for consideration on commission sessions is provided by her secretary.

Commission session is considered competent if at it there is more than a half of members of the commission.

10. Representatives of public authorities, local government bodies and the interested public organizations (in coordination with their heads), and also scientific and profile experts can take part in commission sessions in coordination with the commission chairman (in coordination).
