According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2017 No. UP-5024 "About Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Ecology and Environmental Protection" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2017 "About measures for providing the organization of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for ecology and environmental protection", and also for the purpose of further increase in efficiency of use of the money allocated for strengthening of nature protection activities, timely and effective realization of the major priority directions for providing ecological safety in the republic, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2915:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of fund of ecology, environmental protection and the address with waste (further - Fund) according to appendix No. 1.
2. Accept the offer of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection and the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:
the direction of balances in cash republican and local funds of conservation in Fund;
covering by fund of accounts payable of Committee of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on ecology and environmental protection, managements on ecology and environmental protection of areas and the city of Tashkent before the budget and creditors according to Programs of the research, nature protection and organizational actions financed by means of local funds of conservation.
3. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
