RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About measures for liquidation of activities of Executive committee of the International fund of rescuing of the Aral Sea in the Republic of Uzbekistan

In pursuance of the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 18, 2017 "About liquidation of Executive committee of the International fund of rescuing of the Aral Sea in the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. R-4942:

1. Take into consideration that the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 18, 2017 No. R-4942 "On liquidation of Executive committee of the International fund of rescuing of the Aral Sea in the Republic of Uzbekistan" makes the decision on liquidation of Executive committee of the International fund of rescuing of the Aral Sea (further - MFSA) in the Republic of Uzbekistan, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Sh. Rustaveli, 15.

2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of agricultural and water economy, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, the MFSA Executive committee in the Republic of Uzbekistan about voluntary conveyance to the GEF MFSA Agency and the Nukus branch of the MFSA Executive committee of the fixed assets and materials belonging to the MFSA Executive committee in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to liquidation commission on liquidation of the MFSA Executive committee in the Republic of Uzbekistan reception-transmission of the fixed assets and materials belonging to the MFSA Executive committee in the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the GEF MFSA Agency and the Nukus branch of the MFSA Executive committee specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution.

4. To provide to the GEF MFSA agency and the Nukus branch of the MFSA Executive committee target and effective use of the accepted fixed assets and materials specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution.

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the minister of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev.
