About rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers

1. Establish from April 1 to December 31, 2017 rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers (code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 3104), the Republic of Belarus which is exported from the territory out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (except for the potash fertilizers which are taken out to the Azerbaijan Republic, Georgia, the Republic Serbia and Turkmenistan), in the amount of 20 euros for 1000 kilograms.

2. Suspend from April 1 to December 31, 2017 action of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 2013 No. 400 "About establishment of rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers and introduction of amendments and changes in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of October 3, 2011 No. 442 and of January 17, 2012 No. 37".

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by preparation of the project of regulatory legal act about refining of separate indicators of the republican budget for 2017 to consider provisions of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing and extends the action to the relations which arose since April 1, 2017.
