About enhancement of procedure for provision of the government address public assistance

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision of the government address public assistance:

1. Determine that ensuring social resettlement of children with technical means aged up to 18 years which are not recognized by disabled people, but persons in need on medical indications in technical means of social resettlement, and also disabled people of III group, except persons whose disability was caused by illegal actions because of alcoholic, drug, toxic intoxication, mutilation, is performed according to the State register (list) of technical means of social resettlement according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1 and 2 - since July 1, 2017;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

Operation of this Decree does not extend to the relations on provision to families (citizens) of the government address public assistance which arose till July 1, 2017 and proceeding for the specified date.

The decisions on provision to families (citizens) of the government address public assistance made till July 1, 2017 are effective during the term of their accomplishment.
