1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Scientific and Practical Center of Development of Social Resettlement" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The scientific and practical center of development of social resettlement" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the sphere of rendering the prosthetic and orthopedic and slukhoprotezny help.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81 "About some questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, No. 8, the Art. 46) the following change and amendment:
