Requirements to networks of telecommunications of the operator of intercity and (or) international telecommunication

1. In these requirements the following terms, determinations and reducings are used:

1) interaction of communication networks - joint functioning of technologically integrated networks for the purpose of accomplishment of general tasks;

2) intra-zone primary network (further - VZPS) - the part of primary network providing connection among themselves of standard transmission channels of different local primary networks of one zone of numbering of STOP;

3) secondary communication network - set of the lines and channels of secondary network formed based on primary network, stations and switching nodes or stations and nodes of switchings, and intended for the organization of communications between two or more certain points. Borders of secondary network are joints of this network with subscriber terminal units;

4) transmission channel - the complex of technical means and the circle of distribution providing signal transmission of telecommunications in band of frequencies or at transmission rate, characteristic of this transmission channel between network stations, network nodes or between the network station and network node, and also between the network station or network node and the terminal unit of primary network;

5) transmission channel of voice frequency - standard analog link of transfer with band of frequencies from 300 to 3400 Hz;

6) the channel leased - the channel provided by the operator of communication network in lease to the net surfer on the basis of the agreement (agreement);

11) message switching - set of transactions at the station or node of secondary network consisting in acceptance of the complete message, its accumulating and the subsequent routing and transfer according to the address sign containing in it;

12) transmission line - set of line links, transmission systems and (or) standard physical chains having general linear constructions, devices of their servicing and the same circle of distribution within operation of devices of servicing. Appropriate to transmission lines the name depending on:

primary network to which it belongs: trunk, intra-zone, local;

circles of distribution, for example, cable, radio relay, satellite and others.

13) reliability of system (network) of telecommunications - property of system (network) of telecommunications to save in time and in the set limits of value of the certain parameters characterizing capability to perform required functions in the set conditions of application and maintenance;

14) primary network - the set of standard physical chains, standard transmission channels and network paths formed based on network nodes, network stations, terminal units of primary network and the transmission lines connecting them;

15) the network station (CC) - the complex of technical means providing education and provision to secondary networks of standard physical chains, standard transmission channels and network paths and also their transit;

16) the network node (NN) - the complex of technical means providing connection of network stations of primary network, education and redistribution (selection, switching) of standard network paths, standard transmission channels and standard physical chains, and also provision to their secondary networks and certain users;

17) access network - set of the subscriber lines and stations of local network providing access of terminals to transportation network, and also the organization of local communication without output on transportation network;

18) network of telecommunications of the operator of intercity and (or) international telecommunication of network of telecommunications public of the Republic of Kazakhstan (STOMMS) - resource pool of transportation networks of telecommunications (the transmission systems relating to them control facilities, the operational switching, reservation and management intended for transfer of information between the set Items) and the switching equipment of secondary network (long-distance and international switching exchanges);
