About some questions of joint-stock company "KAZAKH INVEST national company
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The KAZAKH INVEST national company in the amount of 49% to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
