About approval of the Technical regulation of energy marking of conditioners of air
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation of energy marking of conditioners of air which is attached.
2. Determine that conditioners which were introduced into circulation before entry into force of this resolution and do not meet all or separate requirements of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution can be provided in the market within six months from the effective date of this resolution.
3. No. 143 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.02.2018.
4. To provide to the state agency on energy efficiency and energy saving implementation of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.

General part
1. This Technical regulation determines the main requirements for provision to final consumers of information on the level of efficiency of energy consumption and other resources air conditioners, and also the additional information.
The technical regulation No. 626/2011 of the May 4, 2011 supplementing the Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and Council of rather energy marking of air conditioners is developed on the basis of the delegated regulations of the Commission (EU).
2. Action of this Technical regulation extends to electric conditioners of national and foreign production with rated power which is less or is equal to 12 kW who are used for chilling and/or heating (including reversive conditioners with rated power which is less or it is equal to 12 kW under in case of chilling function use).
3. Action of this Technical regulation does not extend on:
conditioners which are powered from sources of others, than electric;
conditioners in which the party of the condenser or the party of the evaporator or both parties do not use air for the heatexchange circle.
4. In this Technical regulation the following basic concepts are used:
the active mode - the mode corresponding to the loading period when chilling or heating the room in case of which function of chilling or heating of the conditioner of air is activated. The specified mode can include cycles of inclusion/turning on of the conditioner of air for achievement or maintenance of necessary air temperature indoors;
bivalent temperature - temperature of external air declared by the producer for heating at which the declared capacity is equal to fractional load. Below this temperature the declared capacity shall be added with capacity of reserve electric heating which allows to reach compliance to fractional load of heating;
bin (with the index "j") - combination of temperature of external air and duration of bin in hours according to the table 1 of appendix 6;
display of information or condition - the permanent function providing display on the display of information or condition of the conditioner of air, in particular hours;
top working temperature - temperature of external air declared by the producer for heating below which the conditioner of air will not be able to provide necessary capacity for heating. Below this temperature the declared capacity is equal to zero;
the two-channel conditioner of air - the conditioner of air in which the air arriving in the condenser when chilling or in the evaporator when heating moves on the environment via one channel and is taken away outside through another. Such conditioner completely is located indoors which is conditioned, at wall;
the dealer - person (the importer or the distributor) who sells hands over in hire offers in leasing or shows product for the final consumer;
